Shenzhen Houji Fuxin Smart Home Co., Ltd. has built metal bed frames at No. 66 Dongya Road, Sifangpu Community, Pingdi Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China since 2011. Everything below happens on site.
Tube Cutting & Forming
Steel tube is cut to length and formed in-house, so a size change is a program change — not a new supplier conversation.
Welding
Welding is done on site by our own teams. Joint consistency is controlled at the fixture, not inspected in after the fact.
Powder Coating
Our own powder coating line means finish colour, gloss and coating thickness are specified and checked under our roof.
Assembly & Function Testing
Frames are assembled and cycled before packing — mechanisms, sensor lighting on the L series and bolted joints on knock-down models.
Incoming & In-Line QC
Tube gauge and coating thickness checked on incoming material; weld and dimension checks held at the line.
Packing & Container Loading
Flat-pack cartons built to the measured spec in HJF-PW-2026-001, loaded to a plan that uses the container rather than filling it.
