Building metal bed frames in Shenzhen since 2011.
Shenzhen Houji Fuxin Smart Home Co., Ltd. trades overseas as HJF Metal. We are a manufacturer — not a trading company — with our own plant, our own engineers and 28 standard specifications.
What we make
Metal bed frames and slat bases. Four families: floating frames with concealed legs, knock-down frames engineered around container economics, conventional steel frames, and low-profile slat bases built to European bed-surround standards.
How we work
We build to your drawing, or develop a frame to your brief. Structural changes are handled by our own engineers, which is why a size change takes days rather than a new supplier search.

Shenzhen Houji Fuxin Smart Home Co., Ltd. established in Longgang, Shenzhen, on 15 November 2011.

Metal bed frame focus
Production concentrated on steel bed frames and slat bases for domestic furniture brands and export traders.

Structure R&D
Suspension, hinge and folding mechanism development; patent portfolio builds toward 48 granted patents.

CZ1 / CZ2 flat-pack series developed around measured container economics — down to 0.06 m³ per carton.

Brand system formalised and the HJF Metal export identity launched for overseas OEM/ODM buyers.
